Develop dashboards, reports, and attribution models to deliver real-time insights into pipeline health and team performance
Support territory planning, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize quota modeling through data analysis
Identify system inefficiencies and design automated solutions that boost GTM team productivity
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and cross-functional leaders on system optimization and technology decisions
Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, configurations, and processes

Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM administration experience with advanced automation, custom objects, reporting, and API integrations in a growth-stage SaaS environment
Highly proficient in HubSpot workflow automation, SQL querying, data analysis, and modern GTM tools
Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve integration or workflow issues
Strategic systems thinker able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience driving measurable impact through process optimization
Committed to creating clear, detailed workflow documentation
Strong people skills and empathy; ability to connect across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
