About the role
- You conduct initial conversations with prospective candidates (B2C) who are interested in our training programs (pre-qualified via website, campaigns & partners).
- You analyze each candidate's current professional situation, identify barriers in the labor market, and work with them to find a forward-looking career perspective.
- You provide individualized counseling on our Digital Sales Management training — clear, honest, and motivating.
- You explain why Digital Sales offers genuine job opportunities — including for career changers.
- You guide participants through the application process with the employment agency — including needs statements, documentation, and communication with the assigned caseworker.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience — you have actively sold before (e.g., outbound, inside sales, closing) and are accustomed to conducting conversations, handling objections, and driving decisions.
- Strong empathetic communication — you can truly listen, empathize with people’s situations, and encourage them to open up through thoughtful questioning (no reading from a script, no rattling off lines).
- Closing and goal orientation — you work in a structured way, understand KPIs, and aim to lead conversations to a clear decision without pressure or manipulation.
- Structure and reliability — you conduct conversations professionally, keep follow-ups, and document your work reliably in the CRM.
