About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand the company's network of IBs (Introducing Brokers), affiliates, and institutional partners.
Identify, negotiate, and onboard new partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and business growth.
Manage existing partners, optimize their performance, and maximize revenue generation.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and compliance teams to align partnership initiatives with the company's overall business strategy.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adjust partnership strategies accordingly.
Analyze data and KPIs to assess the performance of partnership programs and implement improvements where needed.
Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and business development meetings.
Ensure all partnership agreements comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales within the Forex, CFD, or financial trading industry.
Strong knowledge of IB and affiliate programs, including commission structures and revenue-sharing models.
An extensive client base in GCC, Asia, Africa and Latam is a must!
Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and regulatory requirements in Cyprus and internationally.
Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
