About the role

  • Own Daydream’s growth experimentation engine — how we test messaging, creative, audiences, channels, and product experiences to drive user acquisition and activation.
  • Lead performance marketing strategy across key channels including paid social, search, and emerging platforms. You may execute campaigns directly or manage agency partners depending on the situation.
  • Build and manage a high-volume creative testing program, leveraging internal resources, agencies, and AI tools to rapidly generate and test creative variations in order to quickly learn what resonates.
  • Partner closely with product and design teams to optimize the full acquisition funnel — from ad creative to landing page to onboarding and activation inside the product.
  • Use modern AI tools and automation to accelerate growth experimentation — generating creative variations, testing messaging, analyzing performance data, and rapidly iterating on what works.
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and new experiments. You should be able to quickly identify patterns in messy data and turn them into the next round of tests.
  • Create a structured testing process that allows the company to learn quickly while scaling what works.
  • Serve as the central point connecting marketing performance, creative development, and product growth.
  • Help shape Daydream’s broader growth strategy by identifying new channels, messaging opportunities, and product improvements that drive adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience leading performance marketing programs where experimentation and creative testing were central to driving growth.
  • Strong understanding of how media buying, ad creative, landing pages, and product experience work together to acquire and activate users.
  • Track record of scaling consumer products through data-driven experimentation and rapid learning cycles.
  • Comfort owning growth outcomes while operating in a hands-on way — jumping into ad platforms, reviewing creative, analyzing performance data, or running tests when needed.
  • Strong judgment about where to allocate spend, what experiments to prioritize, and when to scale what’s working.
  • Experience managing agencies or external partners while maintaining clear ownership of results.
  • Ability to translate performance data into clear insights and actionable next steps, and communicate them clearly across marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and design teams to improve conversion, onboarding, or activation is a plus.
  • Direct media buying experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools that accelerate creative production, analysis, or experimentation.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary, equity and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)
  • Flexible vacation and remote working
  • The opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking, AI-focused company.
  • Collaborative work environment with a team of talented, fun-loving individuals.
  • Opportunity to learn and grow in your career while shaping the future of fashion, shopping and technology.
