• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Send invoices and follow up on collections
• Maintain vendor records and payment schedules
• Prepare reports for the CPA and leadership
• Create, update, organize, and merge Salesforce lead and contact records
• Maintain clean Salesforce data
• Move deals through pipeline stages and update opportunity records
• Log calls, emails, and meetings
• Pull basic pipeline, conversion-rate, and activity-tracking reports
• Read dashboards to prioritize daily work

• Serve as a client-facing point of contact, presenting financial results and answering questions directly on calls or video meetings.
• Manage daily bookkeeping operations for a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, bill pay, and collections follow-up.
• Prepare and present financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee month-end close for assigned clients, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records across QuickBooks Online and other client accounting systems.
• Flag discrepancies, unusual transactions, or process gaps to management proactively.
• Communicate directly with U.S.-based team members and clients in English.
