About the role

  • Work on and resolve Helpdesk tickets
  • Create and triage tickets for clients
  • Provide clear communication to clients both verbally and written
  • Provide the Client with on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, installation & removal of equipment
  • Recognize and escalate more difficult or urgent issues
  • Create/Update documentation of procedures, run books and network configurations
  • Managing and recording all work through our Ticketing System
  • Identify, Communicate and Mitigate potential risks

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education with a minimum of 1 year related experience
  • CLASS 5 driver’s license and vehicle for daily use
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Reside in Victoria or Vancouver BC an onsite work is required
  • Occasional off-hours and on-call work to meet IT system demands
  • Experience with ticketing systems, Hyper-V, Azure, and VoIP considered an asset
