About the role
- Work on and resolve Helpdesk tickets
- Create and triage tickets for clients
- Provide clear communication to clients both verbally and written
- Provide the Client with on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, installation & removal of equipment
- Recognize and escalate more difficult or urgent issues
- Create/Update documentation of procedures, run books and network configurations
- Managing and recording all work through our Ticketing System
- Identify, Communicate and Mitigate potential risks
Requirements
- Post-Secondary education with a minimum of 1 year related experience
- CLASS 5 driver’s license and vehicle for daily use
- Criminal Record Check
- Reside in Victoria or Vancouver BC an onsite work is required
- Occasional off-hours and on-call work to meet IT system demands
- Experience with ticketing systems, Hyper-V, Azure, and VoIP considered an asset
