About the role
- Overall economic responsibility for new-build, infill development and modernization projects for the company’s own portfolio, as well as for sales/privatizations in core cities of southern Germany
- Decision-maker for project objectives, framework conditions and product definition for the projects under your responsibility
- Holistic management of commercial, legal and technical interfaces to ensure successful implementation of the overall strategy
- Preparation, evaluation and further development of profitability calculations and business plans as the basis for investment decisions
- Close collaboration with internal specialist departments to plan, coordinate and implement business plans
- Preparation of recommendations for action as decision support for steering committees
- Performing the owner function as well as managing and developing an assigned residential portfolio in line with the company and sustainability strategy
- Identification and realization of value-add and yield potential at property and project level
- Taking on special topics and project tasks and acting as a continuous driver of optimization
- Central contact person for value-relevant questions concerning individual properties
Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience in property- and project-related asset management – ideally in the residential sector
- Project experience in the strategic, commercial implementation of new-build, infill development and modernization projects
- Excellent skills in preparing, analyzing and evaluating profitability calculations and business plans
- Completed degree, preferably with a focus on real estate, or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of the residential market in southern Germany
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, with strong commercial/entrepreneurial thinking
- High level of commitment, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for proactively driving initiatives
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Confident user of MS Office, with very good Excel skills
- Very good knowledge of German
