About the role
- Enter and maintain contract data, pricing, and terms in CLM/ERP systems
- Monitor contract lifecycle activities (amendments, renewals, terminations)
- Identify and resolve data quality issues
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Deal Teams on contract operations
- Maintain accurate records and manage downstream contract processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in contracts, pricing, sales operations, or analytical roles
- Experience with CLM/ERP systems (Agiloft, SAP, GDC preferred)
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Google Suite
