About the role
- Administer and manage training activities within an LMS (Cornerstone preferred), including curricula creation, learning assignments, user groups, and reporting
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and train-the-trainer sessions
- Partner with Global Training, OCM, and business teams to align training with deployment milestones
- Track training readiness, attendance, risks, and mitigation plans
- Support migration and retirement of local training materials
- Provide ongoing support during deployment and hypercare phases
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in training coordination or LMS administration
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone or similar)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
- Experience supporting enterprise system or ERP implementations is a plus
- Ability to work with global teams across time zones
