About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project delivery across the organisation by translating business needs into clear requirements
- Partner with Project Managers and business stakeholders to gather business needs and create business requirements and user stories
- Map and analyse business processes to identify simplification and standardisation opportunities
- Support PMO continuous improvement across delivery frameworks, reporting, and governance
- Produce reports, analyse data, and create dashboards and management insights
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions
- Prepare requirements, process maps, and operating models
- Communicate change impacts and benefits across the organisation
- Assist Project Managers with planning, RAID management, and governance preparation
- Contribute to training materials, procedures, and communications for change readiness
- Participate in UAT coordination and business-side testing
- Align requirements and documentation with internal controls and regulatory expectations
- Support PMO audit, compliance, and control assessments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process flows
- Experience working in project or PMO environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience within a central PMO or portfolio function
- Familiarity with JIRA or Power BI
- Exposure to regulatory or risk-related change initiatives
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
