About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform analytics to inform strategic decisions and business development initiatives
- Analyze market trends and forecast new growth opportunities
- Identify and implement workflow improvements and streamline targeting efforts
- Leverage Salesforce to improve efficiency and tracking
- Prepare pitch decks, talking points, executive strategy session materials, and interdepartmental communications
- Track, monitor, and report business development KPIs
- Independently and cross-functionally identify growth opportunities
- Creatively address challenges through ad hoc special projects
- Partner with Growth Vice Presidents and stakeholders across the organization
- Travel approximately 5–10%
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales analytics, financial analysis, strategy, or a related role
- Experience with a healthcare provider preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Experience creating presentation materials
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with Salesforce and business intelligence tools is a strong plus
- Ability to independently drive significant work
- Ability to partner and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong preference for candidates in the Denver area
- Ability to work in the office an average of 1–2 days per week
- Willingness to travel approximately 5–10%
