About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
- Complete initial training in St. George 3–4 days per week for the first three months
- Float to surrounding southern Utah clinics for coverage when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Accredited high school diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
- Must complete training in St. George 3–4 days per week during the first three months
