About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct, hands-on care to patients with end-stage renal disease under RN supervision
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
- Cover shifts across Rhinelander, Woodruff, Marshfield, Wausau, Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Lake Hallie, and Rice Lake clinics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Accredited high school diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be flexible and able to work rotating shifts starting as early as 3am
- Must cover shifts at Rhinelander, Woodruff, Marshfield, Wausau, Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Lake Hallie, and Rice Lake clinics
- Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
