About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direct, hands-on care to patients with end-stage renal disease under RN supervision
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
Record vital signs and patient data
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Cover shifts across Rhinelander, Woodruff, Marshfield, Wausau, Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Lake Hallie, and Rice Lake clinics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Accredited high school diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
Willing to float between local clinics if needed
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be flexible and able to work rotating shifts starting as early as 3am
Must cover shifts at Rhinelander, Woodruff, Marshfield, Wausau, Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Lake Hallie, and Rice Lake clinics
Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated
Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
