About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Write SQL queries against data warehouses containing clinical operations and medical claims data to support analytic requests and delivery of summarized outcomes and insights
Develop summary level reporting to assist operations leaders in monitoring care team performance and understanding areas of success or opportunity
Leverage reporting and supporting data to monitor operations performance and identifying insights around clinical, demographic and medical cost trends and contribution to outcomes
Partner with stakeholders to define technical and business requirements for reporting and analytic requests
Design reporting and communication materials to facilitate consistent interpretation of program performance to DaVita IKC leadership
Develop executive-level communications, typically done in PowerPoint, and adapt communication for relevant internal stakeholders (clinical, finance, operations)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, public health, health informatics, analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or a related field
5-7 years of experience with business/financial analysis; healthcare preferred
3-5 years of writing SQL required, with Snowflake preferred
Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools required
Extensive Excel experience with data manipulation and pivot tables
Cerner knowledge preferred
