About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple acute programs within designated hospital service areas
- Ensure excellence in patient care, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and team engagement
- Support DaVita’s mission of delivering quality outcomes and strong hospital partnerships
- Drive business outcomes and strategic growth while ensuring the highest standards of patient care
- Oversee nursing and technical services for patient treatment
- Conduct trend analysis of clinical outcomes and independently develop and implement plans of correction for any clinical quality issues
- Manage regional P&L, budget forecasting, and inventory to optimize financial performance and strategic growth
- Provide leadership and mentorship to facility administrators and clinical teams
- Foster strong strategic relationships with nephrologists, medical directors, and hospital partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment is REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare management experience preferred; multi-facility dialysis management experience strongly preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in DaVita clinical applications (CWOW, etc.)
- Two years of Dialysis experience required
