About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple acute programs within designated hospital service areas
Ensure excellence in patient care, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and team engagement
Support DaVita’s mission of delivering quality outcomes and strong hospital partnerships
Drive business outcomes and strategic growth while ensuring the highest standards of patient care
Oversee nursing and technical services for patient treatment
Conduct trend analysis of clinical outcomes and independently develop and implement plans of correction for any clinical quality issues
Manage regional P&L, budget forecasting, and inventory to optimize financial performance and strategic growth
Provide leadership and mentorship to facility administrators and clinical teams
Foster strong strategic relationships with nephrologists, medical directors, and hospital partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment is REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare management experience preferred; multi-facility dialysis management experience strongly preferred
Current CPR certification required
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in DaVita clinical applications (CWOW, etc.)
Two years of Dialysis experience required
