About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the lead for the Physician Orders Program, directing and managing the review process across all involved departments
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant order reviews while proactively identifying and resolving any workflow bottlenecks or discrepancies
Define and own the analytical strategy for the Physician Orders Program
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and build reporting mechanisms to monitor program health, identify trends, and measure outcomes
Collaborate with Quality and Compliance to ensure adherence to all Joint Commission, CMS, and state regulatory standards
Design, champion, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in partnership with IT and clinical informatics
Lead strategic design and structure of the workstream, developing long-term program roadmaps and risk mitigation strategies
Align cross-functional teams and senior business leaders to ensure effective collaboration and buy-in for the program’s objectives
Distill complex program updates, data analyses, and business problems into cohesive, impactful stories for diverse audiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, MIS, or a related field required
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in program management, process management, or a related operational role within a healthcare environment
Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting: High proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and performance reporting
Program & Project Management: Deep expertise in program management methodologies
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., ServiceNow, Apptio Targetprocess) and Alteryx is a plus.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across clinical, technical, and administrative teams to drive program goals
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and present complex information clearly to senior leadership.
