About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports clinical leadership and the care team in patient care activities by providing technical & logistical support within the IKC lane.
- Schedules & facilitates patient case reviews; Distributes patient list for review and recommendations to the care team after reviews.
- Supports quality improvement activities through gathering, tracking, and reporting data as directed by the manager/supervisor and ROM lead.
- Acts as subject matter advisor to peers related to navigating eligible health plan programs and resources
- Supports onboarding and training activities in conjunction with clinical support CSM.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- At least 2 years of experience in a medical/health-related office with healthcare insurance billing experience
- Able to work autonomously with minimum supervision
- Able to effectively navigate the EMR system without supervision
- Experience leading teams as a Supervisor or special project lead.
