About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Float seamlessly between hospital units and facilities, bringing your expertise where it's needed most.
Provide specialized inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
Partner with diverse hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff across different locations to ensure seamless patient transitions.
Monitor high-acuity patients, adjust treatments on the fly, and ensure top-tier clinical outcomes.
Support and oversee patient care alongside Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in ever-changing environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current RN license in the state of practice.
ADN required; BSN preferred.
ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is highly beneficial for a float role, but not required.
CNN/CDN certification (preferred).
Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available).
