About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day management, ongoing education, support, inspiration, and coaching of recruiters
Own the entire recruiting function for DaVita
Establish and manage a cohesive recruiting team
Consult with operational partners on recruiting strategies
Execute and track the performance of recruiting strategies to hit defined goals and metrics
Design and manage pilot recruitment programs for high-impact roles

Requirements

What you’ll need

16-18 direct reports in the recruiting team
Experienced in managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance
Proven ability to establish effective recruiting processes
Ability to manage, leverage, and challenge existing recruiting strategies
Familiarity with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ability to consult with operational business partners on recruiting process, strategy, and expectations
Experience monitoring and tracking metrics to identify trends
Must understand the trends and innovative recruiting techniques to attract top talent
