About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead approximately 13 dialysis centers with total P&L accountability
Provide strategic and tactical leadership and direction to field management of assigned facilities
Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities
Monitor division performance and work closely with Divisional Vice President or SVP
Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities
Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, and labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes
Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition; proactively assess related SWOT

Requirements

What you’ll need

Leadership for a multi-site operational business
Experience leading a unified team
Experience identifying and committed to growth in your territory
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
Available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight)
