About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and manage social work operations within DaVita's facilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate social work services into patient care

- Train and support social workers to enhance clinical practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of program management experience
- Master’s degree in social work or related field
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LISW, etc.) preferred or required for some roles
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery and social work roles within the healthcare system
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with diverse teams.
