Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure operational excellence across dialysis centers
Contribute to divisional strategy and enterprise-wide initiatives
Oversee about 200 teammates and manage a budget and P&L of approximately $30-$50MM
Create a team powerhouse with direct reports to ensure quality patient care
Address top growth priorities and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions
Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities
Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes within assigned facilities
Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition; proactively assess related SWOT.
Lead a growing, socially responsible business striving to be the role model for American Healthcare.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Leadership for a multi-site operational business
Experience leading a unified team
Experience identifying and committed to growth in your territory
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
Available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight)
