About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for setting the clinical strategy, driving high-quality outcomes and patient safety, and overseeing clinical education.
Works in alignment with the broader clinical strategy and elevates the strength of nursing/clinical services.
Builds relationships with external clinical leaders and collaborates with internal departments to improve patient outcomes.
Leads the Group’s Clinical Landscape and strategic clinical alignment for outcomes, quality, and safety in partnership with the Group Vice President by proactively identifying issues in quality, safety, and outcomes, creating action and implementation plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current Registered Nurse / RN license
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field
Current RN license in the state of practice is required with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions.
Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in the state of residence.
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in clinical services management.
Minimum of 8-10 years of clinical experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes.
Specialized experience in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
