Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic vision, transformational leadership, and technical oversight for the Solution Architecture program.
Drive the day-to-day leadership of the Solution Architecture team.
Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and architectural evangelism.
Develop the overall architectural vision.
Ensure delivery of high-quality designs that align with Enterprise Architecture principles.
Partner closely with product engineering and platform leaders.
Drive the modernization of legacy thinking by infusing AI-driven capabilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline required.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience directly managing and developing high-performing, matrixed technology or architecture teams in agile/product-driven environments.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in an Information Technology architecture or technical capacity.
At least 5 years designing modern, cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Hands-on experience with API-led connectivity, microservices, DevOps/DevSecOps practices, and operationalizing AI/ML solutions preferred.
Deep expertise in guiding “buy vs. build” strategies.
Proficiency with modern Enterprise Architecture management and modeling tools (e.g., LeanIX).
Deep technical knowledge and broad healthcare industry experience.
