About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides direct oversight and analysis of facilities maintenance/property management for building operations of dialysis centers in an assigned geographic areas.
Accountable for center improvements, repairs, and maintenance of about 700-750 locations with an approximate annual budget of $40M.
Directs capital and operational expense projects which include interior and exterior construction renovations, smaller refresh projects, and repairs.
Collaborates cross functionally with all Real Estate lanes and other departments to enable informed decisions about the portfolio.
Oversees approximately 50 outsourced individuals and could oversee a direct report.
Champions role consistency among peers and solutions creatively while adhering to Program and departmental standards and corporate compliance policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related area, or equivalent required; Master of Business Administration (MBA) a plus
Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience or equivalent in managing facilities maintenance/property management/ project management of construction projects with budgets over $30M/year required
Minimum of seven (7) years demonstrated experience in one of these areas required: multi location facility management, property management, or construction
Experience in facility management, operations and maintenance, clinical engineering, safety and security, planning, design, and construction and/or environmental management required
Demonstrated experience managing maintenance programs for a multi-facility company required; experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Demonstrated experience managing construction projects strongly preferred
Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a supervisory position required
Ability to perform within a matrix organization and ability to lead through ambiguity to deliver results are required.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management software required.
