About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide visionary and strategic leadership for the learning lifecycle of programs
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, learning design and training delivery teams
Oversee the end-to-end content development lifecycle for training initiatives
Establish timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality training assets
Maintain an up-to-date and organized listing of all training content in our Technology learning library
Provide administrative and logistical support for training initiatives as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a field like Instructional Design, Business - or equivalent experience
Proven experience managing internal development programs for technical teams
Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise content using tools like Articulate, Canva, Camtasia
Experience with identifying and implementing various project management methodologies
Ability to see the 'big picture' and align training initiatives with long-term business objectives
Exceptional attention to detail to catch errors and inconsistencies in training materials
Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
