About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic leadership for the learning lifecycle of programs in DaVita’s Technology portfolio
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, learning design, and training delivery teams
Establish timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality training assets
Oversee the end-to-end content development lifecycle for training initiatives
Ensure classroom delivery syncs with digital performance support
Evaluate live training sessions and provide feedback to enhance learning experiences
Maintain an up-to-date and organized listing of all training content in the Technology learning library
Provide administrative support for training initiatives as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise content using tools like Articulate, Canva, Camtasia
Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies for small/medium complex projects
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align training initiatives with long-term business objectives
Exceptional Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to catch errors in training materials
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
