About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and support one or more Epic modules for live and implementing customers.
Perform day-to-day maintenance of the Epic system, enhancement build, and new implementation build.
Solve complex problems from various types of users and provide best practice recommendations.
Documenting and migrating build, and participate in Epic upgrades.
Engage with third parties to define, build, test, and troubleshoot integrated workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Work with clinical, administrative, and revenue cycle users.
Ability to support nephrology practices using the Epic CKD product.
Experience in managing incident and request resolution.
Skills in workflow analysis, build, testing, and implementation support.
Ability to collaborate with end users and internal partners.
Must have mentored and trained other Epic team members.
