About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees the end-to-end lifecycle new hire onboarding.
- Operates as the "CEO" of the assigned market.
- Drives the new hire journey, sending communications to new hires and hiring teams.
- Partners with external vendors and administers compliant transactions to clear onboarding requirements.
- Leads cross-functional partnerships to identify systemic inefficiencies and drives onboarding processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of total work experience in HR with a high school diploma or GED.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
