Drive all aspects of the business: culture, team development, clinical outcomes, P&L management, growth and ongoing business development
Lead a growing, socially responsible business that strives to be the role model for American Healthcare

Engage at all levels of the enterprise, and specifically, will be a key thought partner, working closely with the Group Vice President as well as Finance, Strategy, People Services, and Business Development teams
Lead the development of the team, from directors to registered nurses
Inspire your team to join you in the quest to provide high quality patient care
Develop and implement strategic initiatives that maximize clinical outcomes and growth
Address top growth priorities by completing due diligence on expansions
Cultivate hospital relationships to generate additional partnerships
Manage contract agreements and negotiate pricing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Leadership of a multi-site operational business, Healthcare Required
Proven experience leading a large, high performing team
Proven experience identifying and driving growth in your business
Track record of successful fiscal and operating leadership; demonstrated financial expertise
Proven success engaging with hospitals and health systems preferred
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred
Minimum of 10 years’ progressive management experience required
