Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive all aspects of the business: culture, team development, clinical outcomes, P&L management, growth and ongoing business development
  • Lead a growing, socially responsible business that strives to be the role model for American Healthcare

  • Engage at all levels of the enterprise, and specifically, will be a key thought partner, working closely with the Group Vice President as well as Finance, Strategy, People Services, and Business Development teams
  • Lead the development of the team, from directors to registered nurses
  • Inspire your team to join you in the quest to provide high quality patient care
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that maximize clinical outcomes and growth
  • Address top growth priorities by completing due diligence on expansions
  • Cultivate hospital relationships to generate additional partnerships
  • Manage contract agreements and negotiate pricing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Leadership of a multi-site operational business, Healthcare Required
  • Proven experience leading a large, high performing team
  • Proven experience identifying and driving growth in your business
  • Track record of successful fiscal and operating leadership; demonstrated financial expertise
  • Proven success engaging with hospitals and health systems preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years’ progressive management experience required
