Oversee the entire DaVita Way of Procurement process for large global categories
Set goals and manage supplier relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Develop extensive market knowledge and understand assigned spend areas
Manage supplier relationships including performance management of suppliers
Identify and document supplier risk items to develop mitigation strategies
Monitor compliance with DaVita’s product formularies and ensure contract terms are being met
Lead supplier performance management processes for continuous improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of relevant SC/Procurement experience, or an MBA with background in contract analysis and negotiation.
Experience in Finance, Operations and similar functions is applicable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience leading & executing RFPs and competitive bidding processes
Excellent computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint & Word, ability to operate Tableau.
