About the role
- Provides leadership and operational oversight for multiple acute programs within designated hospital service areas.
- Ensures excellence in patient care, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and team engagement.
- Shapes and executes strategic plans for growth in partnership with the Division Vice President.
- Supervises clinical and biomedical teams to ensure quality, cost-effective patient care.
- Coordinates audits, reporting, and corrective actions with state and federal agencies.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice required.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in acute or hospital services management.
- One year of acute hemodialysis experience required.
- Experience in CQI methodology and working within a hospital environment.
- Demonstrated ability to teach adult learners and communicate complex information clearly.
- Scheduling flexibility and ability to travel as required.
