About the role

  • Oversee approximately 7-10 dialysis centers and a team of 200+ teammates across a dual-market portfolio (Houston and West Texas).
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to field management to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care.
  • Address top growth priorities and patient census; lead successful operational conversions for acquisitions.
  • Full P&L responsibility; manage labor budgets, financial revenue growth, and contract management.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the competitive landscape; proactively assess SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) for the division.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multi-site operational leadership (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large-scale P&L ($30M+).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing 10+ direct reports and large frontline teams.
  • Ability to travel monthly for multi-day site visits.

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
