About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee approximately 7-10 dialysis centers and a team of 200+ teammates across a dual-market portfolio (Houston and West Texas).
Provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to field management to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care.
Address top growth priorities and patient census; lead successful operational conversions for acquisitions.
Full P&L responsibility; manage labor budgets, financial revenue growth, and contract management.
Maintain expert knowledge of the competitive landscape; proactively assess SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) for the division.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in multi-site operational leadership (healthcare experience preferred).
Demonstrated ability to manage a large-scale P&L ($30M+).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing 10+ direct reports and large frontline teams.
Ability to travel monthly for multi-day site visits.

Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
