About the role
- Provide leadership and direction to assigned specialists on the ROPS Setup Team
- Manage daily workflows for functional areas (which can include Claim Content, Contract loading, Plan evaluation, and other various Setup Team functions)
- Hold the team accountable for productivity metrics; identify barriers to growth and address underperformance with a solution-driven approach
- Identify efficiencies in Setup LOB and test process changes
- Partner with other ROPS and Finance Teams to align on change messaging
- Translate tactical goals into actions and think beyond immediate scope to make decisions in the context of the bigger picture for Lighthouse
- Conduct performance development, coaching, and management for teammates.
Requirements
- Previous lead or supervisor experience in Revenue Operations or Setup preferred
- Proven ability to take accountability for team results and meet critical deadlines
- Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse stakeholders
