Lead the development of Tableau reports utilized for evaluating program performance and informing care model decisions
Work with teammates across various teams, including peers, clinicians, and executive leaders
Create and maintain reports critical to performance evaluation
Understand business needs/challenges and translate them into technical solutions
Utilize SQL and relational database experience for developing Tableau data sources
Maintain and support development process standards defined by the analytics team
Present and communicate reports to various stakeholders and convey findings succinctly
Use SQL and Tableau Desktop to support ad-hoc analytic requests

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Tableau required
3-5 years of experience with SQL and relational databases, including writing custom SQL queries, required
Experience working within SDLC framework, preferred
Healthcare data experience, preferred
