💰 $105,000 - $135,000 per year

About the role

  • Financial Management: Monthly financial/operations reviews, Budgeting, Joint Venture Reporting, Special Projects
  • Growth Management: New Clinics, Growth strategy sessions, Forecasting
  • Leadership: Interpret data, develop solutions, drive accountability, coach non-finance oriented TMs on how to use Excel tools and manage a P&L

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong alignment with our Mission and Values.
  • Expert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel required; intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Demonstrated track record of presenting to executive leadership
  • Healthcare industry background a plus
  • Experience implementing AI workflows
  • Expert level computer skills and proficiency in finance/accounting systems like Essbase, MS excel, word, outlook and power point required
