About the role
- This role serves as the division’s clinical leader across Raleigh, Durham, and Greensboro, North Carolina
- Drive quality, education, nursing services, and regulatory performance across the division
- Partners closely with Division and Regional Operations leadership to set clinical strategy, stabilize performance, and ensure sustained improvement in patient care
- Drive execution of safety, quality, and regulatory standards while holding clinical teams accountable to measurable outcomes
- Coach and develop Directors of Nursing and clinical leaders to strengthen bench depth, succession readiness, and frontline execution
- Ensure regulatory compliance across state and federal standards through standardized processes and inspection preparedness
- Execute clinical initiatives on time and within scope, delivering measurable improvement in quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of clinical experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
