About the role

  • Translate business needs into end-to-end learning solutions; define learning journeys, modalities and measurement strategies
  • Lead cross-functional project teams; develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines
  • Partner with business leaders and serve as primary contact for learning projects; facilitate design workshops and stakeholder reviews
  • Stay ahead of learning technology trends and bring forward innovative approaches; share best practices and contribute to design capabilities growth

Requirements

  • Experience in learning strategy and instructional design
  • Proven project management skills
