Product Strategy, Vision, & Roadmap: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and company goals.
Product Discovery, Analysis, & Definition: Lead the team in conducting discovery through structured user research, interviews, and journey mapping to identify pain points and behavioral drivers.
Product Development, Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead working sessions and facilitate interactions between business teams, product, and IT to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of system analysts, providing direction, coaching, and support for their work.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of applicable work experience is required.
Experience in product management, consulting, strategy, or operations is highly relevant.
Experience managing other teammates or leading project teams is strongly preferred.
Advanced knowledge and experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and with agile methodologies are required.
Experience in healthcare and/or the revenue cycle is preferred.
Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests, or workflow analysis is preferred.
Technical Skills: Expertise with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation software.
Proficiency in one or more analytical or report-building tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau is preferred.
