About the role
- Builds a deep, real-world understanding of chronic kidney disease and dialysis processes to improve care and innovate for the future.
- Analyzes and manipulates large datasets to derive meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
- Communicates complex ideas and analytical insights effectively to diverse audiences at every level.
- Identifies current operational/clinical gaps and recommends solutions, partnering in the development, implementation, management, and optimization of new or existing processes and tools.
- Builds collaborative relationships built on trust and follow-through, working well cross-functionally with internal partners and clinical teammates.
- Plans and executes responsible work streams by proactively managing project plans and roadblocks while maintaining high attention to detail to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, or healthcare is required
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Office products (PPT, Excel, Word) required
- Prior experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred
- MBA or advanced degree is preferred
- Travel up to 10%.
