About the role
- Provide monthly financial/operations reviews and variance analysis
- Lead forecasting and strategic planning processes
- Manage budgeting for labor and controllable costs
- Partner with leadership for capital expenditure prioritization
- Support operational improvements with ad hoc analyses
- Deliver structured financial training to new and existing teammates
- Present financial performance metrics to stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong financial management skills
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to analyze financial performance and execute action plans
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in financial software and analytical tools
- Experience with capital expenditures and operational improvement analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with a leadership team
