About the role
- Lead a team of directors, analysts and business partners to develop comprehensive strategic solutions
- Influence the operational leaders to execute on the strategy
- Develop growth and innovation opportunities for value-based care business
- Partner with Corporate Development to identify M&A opportunities and develop policy strategy at the Federal and State level
Requirements
- 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in a strategy or transformation role in an analytical environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking)
- A candidate with an MBA or advanced degree is preferred, but not required
- A background in U.S. healthcare is required
- Experience with payors or in value-based care is strongly preferred
