About the role
- Drive the needs assessment, initiative creation, and initiative implementation to drive successful navigation of organizational change and organizational development activities for the success of the organization.
- Bring proven change architectures and best practices to help the business navigate change
- Enable business units to manage their organizational change efforts, such as transition to outsourcing, system and process change, and large-scale transformation.
- Understand organization and change management issues, explain the factors involved, and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the business.
- Develop trusted relationships with key clients or internal customers
- Assess current and future state, collaborating with stakeholders to activate action plans that support desired end state
- Establish and track key success metrics for change initiatives
- Design, implement and analyze feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, focus groups, interviews) to assess opportunity and impact
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate progress to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelors and/or Master’s degree with emphasis on organizational behavior, organizational development, change management or equivalent education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management
- Prosci® Certification
- Certification in at least one behavior assessment/diagnostic tool (e.g. DiSC, Enneagram, MBTI, HBDI, etc)
- Project Management experience
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Very strong technical writing skills with the ability to utilize technology to disseminate information
- Ability to work with senior executives
- Effectively manages confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Preferred 5 years consulting experience
- Additional technique certifications preferred (e.g. coaching, facilitation, another diagnostic tool, etc)
- Proficient with SurveyMonkey
