About the role
- Provide leadership across other markets/clinical lanes
- Lead key project initiatives
- Act as plan/program specific subject matter expert across IKC
- Accountable for day-to-day supervision to the RN Team and Regional Operations Supervisor
Requirements
- Managing and overseeing the DaVita IKC program in designated market or geography
- Providing leadership and direction to the team within a designated market
- Developing and implementing quality incentive programs
- Ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and DaVita policies
- Building effective relationships with internal and external clients
- Managing relationships with key constituencies and stakeholders
- Participating in review and development of regional budget
