About the role
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future clinical staffing needs across assigned markets and specialties.
- Proactively source clinical candidates using a wide range of channels including resume databases, job boards, social media, Boolean search, internal databases, referrals, professional associations, educational institutions, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain pipelines of pre-qualified, interested, and diverse clinical talent to support current and forecasted hiring needs.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess interest, availability, licensure, basic qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Provide recruiters with qualified candidate slates to move forward in the hiring process.
- Track sourcing activities and manage candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation standards.
- Collaborate with recruiting team to refine messaging, sourcing strategies, and outreach campaigns based on market trends and candidate feedback.
- Represent and promote the DaVita brand and core values in all candidate interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to employment and recruitment policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' sourcing or recruiting experience, with a focus on healthcare roles strongly preferred.
- Experience sourcing clinical talent (RNs, LPNs/LVNs, MSWs, Dietitians, etc.) in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume databases).
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
