- Manage and execute needed infrastructure upgrades
- Design new solutions based upon user consultation
- Determine hardware and software functional specifications
- Provide technical input on Vendor SOWs and project oversight
- Develop and oversee technical documentation, testing procedures, and best demonstrated practice documents
- Ensure adherence to best practices
- Research new, related technologies and services
- Resolve escalated daily system and platform support issues
