About the role
- Lead and inspire teams to improve patient experience and retention across all Home modalities
- Train retention managers on high-impact patient focus
- Drive adoption of innovative IT programs and monitoring tools
- Assist in developing and implementing best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with clinical leaders for continuous improvement in management practices
- Partner with various teams for accountability in clinical results
- Educate and standardize practices that maximize patient retention
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Visionary leader capable of training and directing teams
- Expertise in clinical, operational, and educational partnerships
- Experience with innovative IT programs and AI predictive models
- Strong knowledge of clinical management tools and loss prevention processes
- Subject matter expertise in home modalities like peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis
- Ability to provide clinical oversight and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in improving patient retention and experience.
