About the role
- Lead approximately 10 dialysis centers and 200 teammates
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership and counsel to field management
- Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities
- Monitor division performance
- Work closely with Divisional Vice President or SVP to develop competitive strategies
- Create a team powerhouse with 10-12 direct reports
- Meet labor budget and manage financial and revenue growth
- Address gaps in service excellence and implement solutions
- Lead a growing, socially responsible business
Requirements
- Leadership for a multi-site operational business
- Experience leading a unified team
- Experience identifying and committed to growth in your territory
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- Available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight)
