About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with attorneys and clients to evaluate data needs and develop analysis strategies
Obtain, structure, and manage raw datasets from various sources
Analyze and evaluate data using advanced tools and reporting platforms
Perform advanced data analytics to generate deliverables such as exposure analyses
Design exposure analysis reports to identify key case strengths
Organize data workflows for wage and hour analyses
Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
Evaluate and recommend new technologies for data analysis
Assist with analysis of potential CAFA removal
Prepare putative class lists and perform random sampling analyses
Support attorneys during motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data analytics, or a related field
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and advanced formulas
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms for data visualization and analysis
Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems (e.g., ADP, UKG), and wage and hour analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with employment law, including wage and hour standards, pay equity laws, and EEO compliance
Ability to design and deliver exposure models and visual insights
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness and availability to work flexible hours (including evenings or weekends)
Previous experience in a law firm or professional services setting supporting multiple offices strongly preferred.
