About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with attorneys and clients to evaluate data needs and develop analysis strategies
  • Obtain, structure, and manage raw datasets from various sources
  • Analyze and evaluate data using advanced tools and reporting platforms
  • Perform advanced data analytics to generate deliverables such as exposure analyses
  • Design exposure analysis reports to identify key case strengths
  • Organize data workflows for wage and hour analyses
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies for data analysis
  • Assist with analysis of potential CAFA removal
  • Prepare putative class lists and perform random sampling analyses
  • Support attorneys during motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data analytics, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and advanced formulas
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms for data visualization and analysis
  • Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems (e.g., ADP, UKG), and wage and hour analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with employment law, including wage and hour standards, pay equity laws, and EEO compliance
  • Ability to design and deliver exposure models and visual insights
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and availability to work flexible hours (including evenings or weekends)
  • Previous experience in a law firm or professional services setting supporting multiple offices strongly preferred.
