About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the firm’s Records Management strategy
- Lead development of policies, standards, and procedures
- Establish goals, metrics, and reporting
- Act as subject matter expert to leadership
- Own end-to-end Records services delivery

- Ensure SLA adherence and performance tracking

Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in records management or information governance
- Proven leadership and operational management experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Deep understanding of records lifecycle and compliance
